Orders
By placing an order, you accept these conditions. The contract is considered concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
Prices and payments
Prices are indicated in the product sheet and at checkout. Payment is made using the methods available at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from shipment; for pre-orders, refer to the shipping period indicated in the product sheet.
Returns and withdrawal
To request a return, write to us at info@moffli.com with your order number. We will help you with the procedure. The withdrawal rights provided by law for consumers remain unaffected.
Warranty
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
Intellectual property
The brand, logo, texts and images on the site belong to Moffli and may not be used without authorization.
